From the beginning, I feel the concept of publications should be revised and simplified in Medium at par with Quora Spaces.

What is the chain of

command...owner..editors...writers. Why should there be any restrictions for the owners?...What is the meaning of owner?..If you own a car for example..there is no restriction on when...how ..and how many miles you drive......The concept of ownership means you have absolute authority without any outside intervention.

The remarks or comments should not be counted as a new story.
