Reincarnation is defined as being reborn or the Self-soul taking on a new body after death. — It implies that when the physical body dies, then the individual soul comes back in a new body.

That is why we say that the baby has certain inherited traits or a particular talent which manifest as the baby grows.

Both Judaism and Christianity believe in a doctrine that is quite challenging as compared to the concept of reincarnation in Hinduism.

The belief in Christianity is the resurrection of the dead. — Resurrection means that our dead bodies will someday like Jesus Christ will be revived and brought back to life.

None of the Biblical passages support the idea of universal reincarnation.

The Catholic Church does not believe in reincarnation and regards it as being incompatible with death…

How do you define motivation?

Photo by Prasanna Kumar on Unsplash

Motivation is the process of stimulating people to accomplish their goals. Motivation can be in many forms such as desire for money; understanding the purpose of life; success in life; recognition; job-satisfaction ;team work, gaining wisdom, etc.

One of the most important functions of management is to create willingness among their employees is to give their best performance to enhance productivity.

There cannot be any other best motivation other than what is given by God Himself in the form of scripture as an avatar or incarnation of God.

The Sanskrit word avatar literally means “descent.” — It refers to the…

How does leading a pure life of celibacy voluntarily, free from sexual indulgence in thought, words and deed help a spiritual aspirant to reach higher states of mind?

It is pertinent to mention here that a house holder may have sex with with his or her partner during the initial phase of marriage to beget children, and later in his or her life adopt a life of celibacy to lead a pure spiritual life.

Bhagavad Gita says that a self-controlled man or woman has to lead a pure life of celibacy or Brahmacharya to enter into an exalted state of God-consciousness.

The Gita verse says that the person should be free from all passions and attachment.

Excerpt from my book “Word of God Bhagavad Gita”:

Sanskrit verse:

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 13 verses 27 and 28 says that the same Spirit of God dwells equally in all creatures.

I give below an excerpt from my book ‘Word of God Bhagavad Gita’ : Ajay Gupta: Kindle Store : Word of God Bhagavad Gita by Ajay Gupta:

Lord Sri Krishna says to Arjuna in Bhagavad Gita:

They truly see who behold the Supreme Spirit of God dwelling equally in all creatures and realize that the imperishable soul does not die when the body perishes. (Book: Word of God Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 13 verse 27)

Because one who is consciously aware of the same Spirit of God dwelling everywhere; does not harm one’s Self-soul by one’s own self, and therefore attains the highest good.

The meditation technique was given by Lord Sri Krishna to the world 5153 years ago. — There are specific verses pertaining to the method of meditation which are stated in Bhagavad Gita.

These verses are explained in my book ‘Word of God Bhagavad Gita,’ and I give here just a few prominent verses which is the outline and just the tip of the ice berg.

The readers have to read the full book to grasp the entire concept.

Lord Sri Krishna says to Arjuna in Bhagavad Gita:

One should sit for meditation in a clean place, on a seat neither too high nor too low, with grass, deer skin and a cloth, spread one over the other. (Book:Word of God Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 6 verse 11) Ajay Gupta: Kindle Store : Word of God Bhagavad Gita by Ajay Gupta:

Lord Sri Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita that among all the Rivers of the world; I am the Ganga River descending from the heavens, in the form of melting snow from the lofty Himalayas.

Lord Sri Krishna says to Arjuna that among the rivers;… He is the Spirit of Ganga river.

Bhagavad Gita verse:

Among the purifiers I am the wind; of the wielder of weapons I am Lord Rama; among the fishes I am shark; among the rivers I am river Ganga (Jahnavi). ( Book ‘Word of God Bhagavad Gita… Chapter 10..verse 31) Ajay Gupta: …

A life changing book is one which helps us to elevate our soul to lead a blissful life. — It is just not the worldly success to become wealthy and enjoy the fleeting pleasures of the world.

One must realize that the source of bliss and happiness lies within our own self-soul and not in the worldly objects outside.

How to understand the deep secret of action and inaction? — Bhagavad Gita is the most Holy and exalted Scripture to reveal the secrets of right living with moderation in everything to lead a blissful life.

Human beings take birth to fulfil their destiny and wipe-off their karmic debt. — Life is simply not to run a big business, a better job or a wife or a husband to fulfil our needs and have children. …

The origin and concept of Hinduism is misunderstood in the world to mean idol worship and veneration for cows. It is a misnomer and misleading. — Hinduism is the most ancient religion which dates back to 10,000 years and more, and in comparison other religions are of recent origins.

Bible (John 1:1) says: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Bible does not say what was the ‘Word’ and was the ‘Word’ a secret which was kept hidden from the world.

Hinduism declares the ‘Word of God’ or the name by which He responds to the creation. If for example, the name of a lady is ‘Susy’ and I call her by that name, she responds.

How do you address God?

In Hinduism the sacred word is ‘AUM’ is chanted to address ‘God’ and it represents the creator of the entire universe.

The sound…

Partial or incomplete knowledge can be misleading as the person may think that he knows everything to boost up his or her ego

It is like a person who sees a movie after the interval break, when half of the movie is already over, and the man does not know the full picture but pretends to know the full story.

Nobody will accept a pilot to fly a plane with a partial skill of flying, as he will not be able to handle the aircraft emergencies when the necessity arises. A surgeon with just a little knowledge of surgery is dangerous for the patients.

It is therefore necessary to read all the 700 verses of Bhagavad Gita to understand the full wisdom of…

Hindus, Christians and followers of other religions as well, say a prayer before eating food to thank God for what we receive as a gift from the bountiful God.

Photo by Fa Barboza on Unsplash
  • Food is a gift of God as we did not grow and cultivate different kinds of food our-self, but received the fruits, vegetables, grains, corn, and other eatables from different sources.
  • The food is first offered to the spirit of God as gratitude before eating to express our thankfulness.

I give here excerpt as a sample page from my book ‘Word of God Bhagavad Gita.’

Lord Sri Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita:

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविर्ब्रह्माग्नौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम् |
ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना || 24||

In the performance of a sacrificial Yajna, the constituent elements, the fire; the clarified butter; the…
